Warranty

LAB Acoustics offers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and product issues under normal intended use. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, abuse, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

We only accept returns when a product arrives damaged or is non-functional. To request a return, please contact our team promptly with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos when applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for approved cases involving products that arrived damaged, defective, or non-functional. Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
