Tainy, born Marco Masís, is a renowned Puerto Rican music producer and one of the most influential figures in Latin urban music. Known for his skillful fusion of reggaeton, Latin pop, and hip-hop, he has shaped the soundscape of the genre for over two decades, producing chart-topping tracks for leading artists like Bad Bunny, J Balvin, and Daddy Yankee. For Tainy’s studio, Lab Acoustics aimed to embody the calm, introspective qualities that define his personality, drawing inspiration from Japanese culture. This design choice brought serenity and mindfulness into the space, elements that align with Tainy’s own creative philosophy. By integrating Japanese design principles, the studio fosters a sense of balance and calm, creating an environment that allows Tainy to channel his creativity in a peaceful, focused setting that reflects both his artistic vision and his personality.

Neon16, founded by Tainy and music executive Lex Borrero, is a powerhouse creative agency and record label that has significantly influenced Latin urban music. Known for producing innovative, genre-defying music, Neon16 collaborates with some of the most prominent artists in the industry, pushing the boundaries of Latin music's global reach. For Studio B, Lab Acoustics drew inspiration from the raw energy and rebellious spirit of 80s rock culture, crafting a space that embodies the grit and vibrancy of that era. By integrating elements like bold colors, vintage textures, and iconic rock aesthetics, the studio becomes a creative haven where Neon16’s team can channel the boldness and freedom associated with classic rock. This space perfectly complements Neon16’s boundary-pushing ethos, providing an inspiring environment that enhances the team’s creative processes and connects with their roots in musical innovation.

Studio C at Neon16, designed by Lab Acoustics, reflects the bright, accessible, and modern vibe of pop music. This space features walls covered in white, pillow-like squared panels, creating a soft, inviting aesthetic that evokes a sense of comfort and creative freedom. The minimalist, pop-inspired design allows for a versatile, refreshing environment, perfect for Neon16’s artists and producers as they experiment with sounds that capture the universal appeal of pop. By integrating these elements, Studio C embodies the spirit of pop music—fresh, stylish, and approachable—making it an ideal space for Neon16 to produce the next wave of hits.
